The consummate cycling (non-impact) adventure on a high-performance stationary bike. A group experience where individuals are encouraged to train at their own levels - take it easy or sweat like you've never sweat before. Heart rate monitors and headphones provided.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a group training session focusing on sport specific training. The program includes speed, agility and quickness drills to help prepare the athlete for the movements in their sport. Geared to both athletes who are looking for a cross training option and those participating in a sport for the first time.

For individual players who feel that they don't receive the critiquing that they need to improve their personal game. This is a unique opportunity to have a coach watch your game and offer suggestions to improve your individual skills and your contribution to the team.
This is geared to the Recreational Level, Div 3 or Div 4 player.
